dotinc
I have changed the permissions as described in the "upgrading" instructions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. http://www.dotinc.net/whmcs/WHMCS44error.png
D-Litz
Admin Area Template Updates - The admin area has had a new menu system implemented and so if you experience any display issues after upgrading, check that the templates_c folder is still writeable and that you've refreshed your browser cache for the new CSS definitions to take effect (either perform a hard refresh or clear your cache). And if you still have problems after that, double check all the file uploads completed successfully. That's from here http://wiki.whmcs.com/Version_4.4_Release_Notes

roop
Hi dotinc, I've upgraded and have the same problem. Can you please confirm if you're using either of the following custom configurations like I am in configuration.php: $templates_compiledir = "/home/whmcs/templates_c/"; $customadminpath = "my-custom-administration-folder"; Many thanks, Rupert
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted January 3, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted January 3, 2011 Ensuring you uploaded the new admin files to your custom admin path and clearing your browser cache will resolve the issue as D-Litz advised.
