meeven
If a client purchases one or more services, are these added into and consolidated in the recurring invoice sent each month? Or, are the new services treated as separate invoices, forcing the client to deal with multiple invoices? Sorry if this is easy to solve in WHMCS.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 23, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 23, 2010 As long as the Next Due Date and Payment Gateway settings match, they will be consolidated onto a single invoice.
meeven
That's great to hear. Thanks. I assume it would work the same even if the client did not use a payment gateway but paid for it offline through cheque?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 24, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 24, 2010 In that case you'd select the Mail in Payment gateway.
