Client sells seasonal trash pickup service...

Cape Dave

Question

And I would truly appreciate any thoughts. It seems that WHMCS may be a good answer. He wants to accept payments online, and will most likely use Authorize.net. Alter clicking a link on his site, he would like customer to choose how many weeks for pickup at $XX.00 per week.

Then customer would need to be able to input a PICKUP address that would be different than billing, OK, I think WHMCS does this.

And he would also like customers to be able to pay ANY invoice online, which I think there would need to be a WHMCS account setup for that customer and an invoice created.

Any input would be much appreciated as these days even the simple things seem to be beyond my tired brains ability :)

PS I use WHMCS and could setup a test link, I just thought I would get some feedback from experts before I have at it.

Thanks, Dave

Good luck! My opinion is that as long as it can do the task okay, and no needless bloat gets added to the core and negatively impact the target audience (us web hosting companies), WHMCS is good to use :)

OK, here is the test link. So far, OK. http://capebackup.net/whmcs/order/?pid=20&skip=1

I will probably have to make items for 6 and 7 week seasons as well. Ideally, there would be 2 calendar inputs and the number of weeks and price per week would be calculated. Wow, that would be fancy :)

Thanks, please feel free with any input, but I think this, once it is tightened up, just may work.

That is very interesting. Excellent work! I am not much of a programmer so I would have to sub out that type of work. Heck, I can barley config WHMCS! It is such a full featured program but there are simply many options.

I am working hard to get more versant with it. Time will tell. :)
