Is DirectI (Resellerclub) been having issues?

Been several days I've noticed DirectI (ResellerClub) isn't working properly. When trying to access domain info page, I get the following error showing up.

I have Enom also and don't run into this issue. Has anyone been having this issue?

I just initiated a chat with them asking about it and received:

 

Yes, the control panel is experiencing some unanticipated technical problem as a result of which the Orderbox control panel is being put under emergency maintenance.

 

They suggested trying again in 30 minutes.
