Support ticket notifications - staff reply

Hello,

 

I am checking whether WHMCS has option to notify staff replies made on tickets to other techs / admins as well ? There is notifications to clients about a tech reply, but what about notifications within the techs. I am wondering whether such a feature exists in WHMCS or I miss it somewhere :)

Didn't see something like this myself when I looked into it a while back. It would be a nice thing to have a "Ticket - #Subject# - Answered email sent to those in the same department, but we gave up on that idea a while back as the tickets increased. (Too hard to keep track of the emails)

 

I think your thought/idea would be helpful to many though!

yeah. It won't be tough for the developers to include the staff reply as well. We are requesting the feature because only with WHMCS, my techs has to copy paste the replies they make on our client's WHMCS with our internal portal as well while others gets automerged.
