Email piping error (IMAP or pop.php)

This is with pop or IMAP importing.

 

WHMCS Version 4.2.1

 

the support email that I'm using ex support@example.com is not a administrator of WHMCS nor in the system.

 

From: xxx xx «x@xxxx.com»

Subject: ewr

Status: Ticket ID Not Found

 

Is there a way to auto open a ticket and than also when i do replied to a message from x@xxxx.com it doesn't update the ticket to customer-reply is there a way to fix this?
