after install getting html code in browser instead of page

Hi,

I was having trouble getting into my whmcs. After trying so many options, I decided to install it again with a new database and location on the same domain and server.

Now after the install and doing the security advise to move and rename directories. I get a html code in my browser when I try to go to the program. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how this can be fixed.

What's the URL of this please? That's looks like the output of our special connection test page - you shouldn't be seeing that unless we'd specifically sent you a curltest.php file.

I had the errors displays.

I tried, copy original downloaded function.php. The results remained the same.

Here is the error display I got:

This issue is being caused by an incompatibility between the Ioncube decoding and PHP 5.3 files in older versions of the Ioncube loaders (3.3.13 and earlier)

Please upgrade the loaders on your server to version 3.3.14 or later available from http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php This will ensure full compatibility with PHP 3.5.x.

I checked the version and is version 5.3.

I have installed it on another server and machine,and I can now login.
