cwalke32477
Hello, When WHMCS creates an account, it fails to assign th account to a server and automatically create and send out the account information email. 1. WHMCS is configured properly to do so. 2. Up until a couple weeks ago, it used to work properly. Now I have to go and manually add the cx's product/service to the appropriate server, and manually send the email. Only change I have made to the system, recently, is to add new products, for VPS services
Grizzlyware Josh
Is the server full? Set the product to use the correct server group? Make sure the servers are in the right group? Just in case maybe
cwalke32477
check, check, and check Already verified all of that. It's not going to be anything obvious. Server is only at 20%, so it's not full, it is default server, it is in the correct server group, product is set to use the correct group.
