Payment Gateway, recurring billing, without login/account, in the uk

Trying to find a suitable payment gateway, usable in the UK that is compatible with whmcs and accepts automated recurring payments without requiring logging in.

 

Paypal requires a paypal account for recurring billing and login

Google checkout recurring billing doesn't work with whmcs and requires an account and login

2checkout has this feature but whilst 2checkout works with whmcs, its recurring billing doesn't

Quantum Gateway works with whmcs, has this feature but isn't avalible outside the US

 

Do you have any suggestions? (without monthly fees if possible)

I don't think you are likely to find any without monthly fees, but we use Sagepay without any issues:
