Client groups, tickets,

Hi,

I would like more options on the client group side.

Like access to certain support departments, access to products which an only be purchased by a specific group.

 

I would also like to have the ticket section improved in form of:

Custom fields

Custom statues & priorities.

Automatic closure of a ticket when it's at a certain status.

  • WHMCS Support Manager

Those last 3 already exist:

 

Custom fields - Setup > Support Departments > Custom Fields tab.

Custom statues - Setup > Ticket Statuses.

Automatic closure of a ticket when it's at a certain status - Setup > Escalation Rules.
