Damainman Posted June 29, 2010 Share Posted June 29, 2010 It seems to use the advance features the following requirements are: Live Help Operator Requirements Windows 7 / Vista / XP SP 2 Live Help Operator Requirements Live Help Server Software (included) Live Help Operator Requirements Internet Explorer 7 or above Live Help Operator Requirements .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 or above Am I incorrect in believing the advance features shown on this page needs windows as a requirement?: - http://whmcs.com/livechat.php I want to buy the add-on but I'm a Mac/linux user, so if by being a mac/linux user I don't have access to the advance chat feature like viewing customer accounts/invoices/orders/etc... I think I'll stick to the alternatives. However I do appreciate the fact that WHMCS is increasing the functionality of their software, so keep up the good work!
