Well, I tried several times to put automatically remember the due date for customers, but nothing works! What is wrong? But when the cllent chooses the service, the account does not generate the debt every month, just the first one. Did you understand? MediaPlayStudios Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 OK, After looking at all the screen shots you provided and it looks like you have everything setup in WHMCS correctly. But the problem sounds like to me that you don't have a "cron" job setup to run the automation script everyday.
