Greenix
I am finding myself doing transfers from other hosts. I seem to be having trouble syncing the whm client account to the whmcs client. If I had the choice, 1.) would it be better to transfer their account first to my WHM then create their WHMCS account, hoping they'll come in and complete their info or 2.) have them signup first and then merge the clients, the one WHMCS account generated by the client and the WHM account generated by the import feature? It seems to make sense when I write this but I can't understand why I am having so much trouble merging..... Thanks for your help! WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 28, 2010 Have the client sign up and pay in WHMCS, Import the hosting account via WHM, Modify the hosting account details in WHMCS so they match WHM - no need to run the importer.
