Problem, support tikets

dobijam ovaj eror kada pokusam da udjem u support tikete,и финд он googlu i pise da treba da se provere permissions оф administraots , proverio sam i sve je ok :S

 

Access Denied
You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets

Молимо Вас изговор овај превод, ја не говорим ваш језик.

Ова грешка се покушава да вам кажем да нисте рећи да хелпдеск одељење (или било који) од администратора. Да бисте то поправили, морате да проверите да ли служби помоћи одељење правилно распоређен.

Have you assigned your WHMCS admin account to a department? (Setup > Administrators > edit your administrator account > check one or more support departments)

 

You also might want to reply in English on this forum, so a lot more people can help you. ;)

I get this Error when I try to join the support tickets, and find on Google and writes of the need to check the permissions of administraots, I have checked and everything is ok :S

 

 

@I am sorry I forgot to write in English :)
