dobijam ovaj eror kada pokusam da udjem u support tikete,и финд он googlu i pise da treba da se provere permissions оф administraots , proverio sam i sve je ok

Have you assigned your WHMCS admin account to a department? (Setup > Administrators > edit your administrator account > check one or more support departments)

I get this Error when I try to join the support tickets, and find on Google and writes of the need to check the permissions of administraots, I have checked and everything is ok

You need to make sure that your admin account is assigned to all the departments that you have setup in WHMCS. To do this, go to Setup > Administrators and ensure all the checkboxes are ticked for departments in your admin profile.
