OmanDiGi
Hello all, I have this question and I didn’t find good answer. When the domain and web hosting account of my client is expired, the system will send “Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice” but it will not notify the client about the renewal of the web hosting account!! Also, the bill which the system will generate is just for domain renewal charge!!! What about the webhosting charge?? How do you deal with that? Or what is the correct procedure?
Damo
If you have a web hosting package setup for this client check the renewal dates and that it's status is 'Active'. Web hosting packages renew and invoice just like domain names.
OmanDiGi
Yes, I do setup a web hosting package for the client, but when the system sends a renewal notification email it will not include web hosting renewal fees, it just includes the domain renewal fees!!! did you understand the issue?

You don't get "renewal notification" for hosting. You have to set the system to generate the product renewal invoice xx days early, and that's their notification.

OmanDiGi
Again, thank you so much for your response. But, I’m really confused and the description that provided by the developer is not really clear enough for me at least!! Now, I want to include domain renewal fees as well as web hosting renewal fees in one bill. How to do that and what do you suggest to be done? Deep regards,

Administrators WHMCS John Posted April 9, 2010 Administrators Share Posted April 9, 2010 Navigate to the client's Product/Services tab, set the Next Due Date. Then navigate to the client's Domains tab and set the Next Due Date exactly the same. The payment gateway option also needs to match.
