PsyberMind
I'm running into an issue while I'm setting up here. I've got a product that may or may not change in price, but when someone orders, it is locked in a that price, no matter what the price changes to. In WHMCS, if someone orders something, are they locked in at that price no matter what the product price changes to?
Cliffo
I am curious about this too!
bear
I haven't changed any prices in a while, but in the past, the price paid on ordering is what they continue to pay, unless you manually update using the "recalculate on save" function. Why not test?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 8, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 8, 2010 In WHMCS, if someone orders something, are they locked in at that price no matter what the product price changes to? Correct, existing customers will not be affected by changes to the product price. To update the price of existing customers use the Bulk Pricing Updater: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Bulk_Pricing_Update_Utility
