Support Ticket notes

Hi

 

In the admin area for a support ticket, there is a notes tab

 

It says 'No notes found for this ticket'

 

Probably just being blind but I can't see a link or a way to add a note? - this would be very useful to keep private info stored on the issue

Ah, thanks. I hadn't been using the built in desk until recently, so hadn't come across it. Good to know.

 

The method could definitely be improved.

 

If I had a pound ($1.47) for every time I've sent a private note to a customer, I'd have some money....

I agree. I've sent a few private notes to customers... but they were meant to be private
