plusplushosting
Hi guys, Wondering if someone else is having this problem. I have a client that end up reseting the password to be able to login. After further check looks like is happening in one of his computers with Windows 7. In another computer with Windows Server2003 is not having this problem. Any idea what can be in Windows 7 causing this problem? Simply is not being able to login in the Windows 7 computer, keeps rejecting the password until he reset it. Thanx in advance!
dsaunier
Which browser are they using ? I have win7 on one machine where I have tried the client area many times, and see no reason why an OS could interfere with a login form.
simplybe
I have clients reporting problems with ie8. Personally I use win 7 and ie8 and have no issues. Asking clients to check the remember me box seems to help ?

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 30, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 30, 2010 I use Windows 7 myself and IE8 on occasion. No such issue here.
mrJ
I have a similar issue (but not with the client area - as far as I know anyway), but for me I am unable to log into the admin area with neither IE7 nor IE8 on my Vista machine.... Firefox works just fine. I think the last time it actually worked was about June last last year.... strange though.... Still get the error emails, but they list that no username was entered when it was....
