No email when support ticket raised

I don't receive an email when a new support ticket is opened. I have sucessfully set up email piping so that when an email is sent to support@mysite.co.uk, a support ticket is opened, but I never get an email from WHMCS telling me so. The only way I can check to see if I have any support tickets is to log into WHMCS and check manually.

 

Have I missed something?

Oh, now I feel VERY silly! I had already looked at both of those settings and was sure everything was ticked. Turns out that under Administrators > Edit, although I was assigned to the support department, there was another tiny checkbox hiding at the bottom: "Tick this box to receive email notifications when new tickets are opened or responded to"

 

I could have sworn I had tocked that before!

 

Oh well, thanks for helping me see the error or my ways!
