Thank you for your time in replying to this thread. Unfortunately, that does not solve my problem. Your suggestion is the workaround I have been using, but it removes the benefit of the system automation. I have to go in and manually make changes every time a customer gets suspended automatically by the system. My question should probably be in "Feature Requests", but I thought I would post here first to see if there was something I was missing. If I had access to the source code I could make the change myself! WHMCS needs a developer program to allow people to develop their own mods.

Anyone know how to tell the system not to bill for suspended services? I have to terminate a service before it will stop billing for that service. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you, Jeff

I checked the box that says customers can sign up without making a purchase, but I don't see how they do it. Is there a link I can put in to the sign up form? any help will be appreciated. Thank you, Jeff Small

I need for my clients to be able to change from monthly to quarterly, etc. billing on their current service. Does the configurable hosting package allow this? Is there a way to do it without the CHP?

Thanks you for your help. That seems to do what I want. The documentation on the add-on's is misleading. It says it is for one time purchases.

I don't have an answer for you, but I would like to ask you about the Configurable Hosting Package. Can the customer modify a service in their client area after it is purchased? I need for customers to be able to ad upgrades without cancelling one service and ordering a new one. Thanks, jsmall@linux25.com
