Hi,
is there a way to add a request for email reading receipt in WHMCS, as in Outlook ?.
I know those receipt are not managed by all hosts (hotmail for example).
Mainly for invoice emails, it could be really useful.

I am using WHMCS 4.5 for a while without a problem.
For a couple of weeks, if someone sends me a request for a ticket,
I get new ticket created every couple of minutes, for the same request.
I mean that I, and the customer, are received 30 to 40 mails for the same
request.
If the customer opens the request via the form, everything is working fine.
Please help, it drives me crazy.

I try to print labels with Nicelabel and Labelview by using MyODBC driver and Nicelabel native MySQL support.
Same problem, all accents are destroyed.
If I use EMS MySQL Manager, a front-end, same result as I browse the DB.

For example when the invoice is generated I want to see:

I experience a little trouble with the merge fields.
They are not replaced so I get ORDER_ID ORDER_NUMBER in the notification
instead of the real value.

No trial, no demo of any kind on your website. Very expensive mod 40$ for something so so.
And best of all no refund for something unusable to me.
So I repeat take care, do not go with this mod.
Anyway, trustico support told me today that their are developing their own mod that will
be provided for free to their resellers so I let users conclude.
TAKE CARE, the mod for Trustico does not work as expected if your in Canada or US. Best of all, TSHosting does not provide refund but is able to block your license if you're not the same opinion as him. Loss of time and money, 40$ in the trash.
Is it a bug ?.
When running the script the credit remaining is decreased but the credit available in WHMCS remains unchanged.
So If I have 1000$ in credit, I run the script I see:
Client ID 75 has 1000.00 available
Client ID 75 has unpaid invoices
Total due for invoice 12590 (Client ID: 75) is 112.88
Invoice ID 12590 has been paid in full (amount: 112.88) (credit remaining: 887.12)
But after that the credit remaining in WHMC is still 1000$.
I have a few domains (new ones, transferred ones) with them. Very good service, good response time. Their whmcs module is working perfectly as supposed. Chat function is working too.
I like the fact that you do not have to load your account with 1000$ to get a better price.

Hi, I'm unable to logon to Plesk Panel and WHMCS admin at the same time because the PHPSESSID of the cookie is changed by the last page logged. So If I log on Plesk then on WHMCS admin then do a refresh on the Plesk panel, I'm out !. Same thing starting with WHMCS.
The domain name is the same so the cookies are the same:
https://www.mydomain.com:8443 for Plesk panel
http://www.mydomain.com/whmcs for WHMCS
Is there a way to change the cookie name in WHMCS ?.
