  1. Do you have the cron job to sync ? Something like (changing user and yourfolder to yours): php -q /home/user/public_html/yourfolder/modules/registrars/resellerclub/resellerclubsync.php
  2. Very well said I have been with WHMCS for quite some time myself, and have never had any issues with support. It may take a bit longer now, but not terribly. Yes, there have been changes, but with growth, that's to be expected. I don't doubt that Matt is still giving us his 100% whether we 'see' him answering tickets as much anymore or not.
  3. Thanks, I may try this. My closed aren't all there anymore either; so maybe this will take care of that as well.
  4. Your server should be PCI compliant, and yes Paypal Pro works well. If you do have to manually process a card, you'll go the the Virtual Terminal in your Paypal account. Most often though it works through WHMCS and you won't need to.

    When we first started seeing this issue was when cpanel was upgraded; Matt said that the API wasn't connecting and it was a Cpanel bug. I believe that has been fixed tho.
  7. It sounds like you may need to go to the registrar and make sure it's okay on that end, including the name servers. Sometimes when they expire, the name servers revert to the registrar. Of course, make sure you're not seeing a cached version of their site, too

  9. You can search by transaction ID, but not Subscription ID, as far as I know. Since credit card numbers are masked, you wouldn't search by that either.

  11. I know I can set whether admin's are notified of new tickets, but where can I control (or can't I?) whether they receive other notices such as orders and cancellations?
  12. I've customized some areas on the admin's template. Primarily changing the menu at the top so they're not always bumping things they don't have access to; is there a way to make it go away from the sidebar once inside? I've deleted everything they don't need from the sidebar.pl, but it's all still there later. For example they can click View Search Clients, and the Mass Mail Clients is available in the sidebar. I'd rather it wasn't. I'd also like to remove things from the dropdown that they can't use like that if I can. Are these in the core files that I can't adjust?
  13. I have both. I think the user interface of Enom is friendlier is all. Whenever I've had questions with Directi, they were speedy to respond. Their user interface isn't as simple, but doable.

  15. I think I know the answer to this but will ask anyway -- because someone else may be wondering, too I can't delete a Product/Service, only disable it from running/being ordered, if there are users attached to it, right?
