  1. I would like to allow my staff to see some reports (e.g. Support Ticket Ratings) but not others (e.g. Monthly Income) By default, WHMCS has only one permission checkbox for all reports. Has anybody figured out a way, perhaps with some additional code or something, to allow admin users to see certain reports but not others?
  2. Matt- When you say "There are no constraints for it to look like the existing templates, this should be a completely new design." ... how far are you willing to go with that? Each template now depends on a specific set of Smarty variables passed on a per-page basis. So you couldn't put, say, ticket details and invoice details on the same screen because they come out of two different PHP files ( clientarea.php?action=invoices and supporttickets.php ). If designers come up with designs that meld data like that, are you willing to make the needed modifications, or does it need to fit within the existing confines of the Client Area pages? D P.S. Brett, fully agree with the idea of using something standards based, e.g. Bootstrap!.
  3. An old thread, but from what I can tell this was fixed recently. I no longer have this happen to me when I put in ftp:// URLS; they now come through properly. Horray! Thanks Matt!
  4. Look at the top of the index.php page in the /order directory.... there's a variable there to set the path to the order form.
  5. Would it be possible to make this work? I have the same issue as j4m3s, except all of our products use sub-domains, so I guess we can't use the new order form yet?
  6. In that case, turn on error reporting (temporarily). Put this in your WHMCS configuration.php file error_reporting(E_ALL); $display_errors = true; $mysql_errors = true;
  7. Actually, I found it. You can create a 'custom field' and name it something like 'receive newsletter emails'. Then you can select that option in the Mass Mail screen.
  8. Not to bring this up again, but was this implemented in v4.1? I'm looking through it, and I don't see how customers could manage to unsubscribe from mass emails.
  9. Is this not possible anymore? Also, how do we search for credit card numbers in v4.1?
  10. Guys- Sorry for the stupid question, but how do you search for PayPal subscriptions in V4.X? In v3.X, there was a 'Quick Search' option with 'Subscription ID' as one of the options under 'Hosting'. In V4.X, this has been replaced by the Intelligent Search, but that doesn't seem to return results when I search for PP subscriptions (e.g. something like S-01T313784T890645X) D
  11. Yeah, I also agree that card details shouldn't be deleted. If they're expired... so what? We've had cases where a customer has emailed in and said 'use my same card, the new expiration date is XX/YY'. We can't do that if WHMCS is deleting details from the system
  12. I've had this happen too. Again, not frequent, but it does happen. Either paypal's callback isn't working, or WHMCS isn't processing the callback correctly. It happens infrequently enough that I haven't investigated (yet)
  13. Guys- We have a client who: 1) Had an overdue invoice 2) had violated our TOS We suspended them for the violation of the TOS using the 'suspend' button. They then paid their overdue invoice, which triggered an automatic unsuspension. Problem was, I didn't want this because they'd violated our TOS. Is there a way to stop automatic unsuspension? Does the "Overide automatic suspension and don't suspend this account if overdue" box do it? D
  14. WHMCS 3.7.2 was just released: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=76790#post76790 Is there a list of bugs that were fixed? Nothing on the dev tracker: http://dev.whmcs.com/
