Ok, I accepted the TOS (logged as client), then went to admin and clicked to remove the client from the list that version of the TOS. But the client is not removed from the list

Very useful, thanks! I found an error. When the customer's name have an accent, appears only as a letter before the accent. Example: Comércio, appears Com and the rest of the name disappears.
