I would like to add RTL css to Twenty One, as the 75% of my customers are Persian and read in Farsi. Can anyone help. I have seen this function {* RTL language *} {if $LANG.textdirection eq "rtl"}<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="{$WEB_ROOT}/templates/{$template}/css/rtl.css" />{/if} {* /end RTL language *} I am happy to create a new rtl.css, but can't understand this part $LANG.textdirection eq "rtl", where do I define this? I tried searching the language files for $LANG.textdirection but noting returns Thx

Tried to update 8.1.0 to 8.1.1 now have oops error
Stuart Newton replied to Stuart Newton's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
I FTP into my site, saw there was an Install folder, ran the install via URL, I got this message Upgrade Your Installation We have detected that you are already running WHMCS Version 8.1.1. This installer script can only upgrade as far as 8.1.1 so there is no update to perform. Unfortunatrly I still have the ooops Error, [2021-02-10T16:44:49.807889-05:00][WHMCS Installer] DEBUG: Installer bootstrapped [] [2021-02-10T16:44:54.253216-05:00][WHMCS Installer] DEBUG: Installer bootstrapped [] [2021-02-10T16:44:54.301445-05:00][WHMCS Installer] INFO: Previous install detected [] [2021-02-10T16:44:54.301922-05:00][WHMCS Installer] DEBUG: An upgrade from 8.1.0-release.1 to 8.1.1-release.1 will be attempted. A huge help to @brain! I finally got the look I was aiming for, using the following code added the below code to /templates/mytemplate/header.tpl (replaced the original language selector on my theme) {if $languagechangeenabled && count($locales) > 1} <li> <a href="#" class="choose-language" data-toggle="popover" id="languageChooser"><img src="{$BASE_PATH_IMG}/langflags/{$activeLocale.localisedName|strtolower}.png"> {$activeLocale.localisedName}{if !$loggedin && count($currencies) > 1} / {$activeCurrency.code} {/if} <b class="caret"></b> </a> <div id="languageChooserContent" class="hidden"> <ul> {foreach $locales as $locale} <li> <a href="{$currentpagelinkback}language={$locale.language}"><img src="{$BASE_PATH_IMG}/langflags/{$locale.language|strtolower}.png"> {$locale.localisedName}</a> </li> {/foreach} </ul> {if !$loggedin && count($currencies) > 1} <ul> {foreach from=$currencies item=currchoice} <li><a href="{$currentpagelinkback}currency={$currchoice.id}"><img src="{$BASE_PATH_IMG}/langflags/{$currchoice.code|substr:0:2|strtolower}.png"> {$currchoice.code}</a></li> {/foreach} </ul> {/if} </div> </li> {/if} and the following CSS in /templates/mytemplate/css/custom.css .language-popover .popover-content li { padding: 0 20px 0 30px !important; } And also included the language and currency flags, plus the icon set incase others want different languages / currencies etc. Simply unzip and upload "langflags" to /assets/img/ langflags.zip phoca_flag_icons_16-12.zip

I see a lot of posts by experienced people on here to WHMCS Docs, eg https://docs.whmcs.com/Working_With_Client_Area_Home_Page_Panels#Default_Panels Is there a list of all these docs, looking at the navigation on the side of these docs, theres no breadcrumb or placeholder as where these documents reside.

I see a lot of people on here using WHMCS selling VPS and reselling packages. I have a resellers account from namecheap and only about 30 customers, so not a big enterprise. I am trying to expand and want to offer, VPS and reseller packages but don't know how to go about it. Do I buy a VPS myself and split that up to create reseller accounts, or are there hosts out there that I can just resell there reseller packages. Hope my question makes sense, I would like to offer WHM and WHMCS licences also, so my new reseller customers can do what I do. I have been using WHMCS now for about 5 years, but have kept it to just family and friends. I have two WHMCS licences one on businesshostingonline.co.uk which is my old Hostagtor reseller account and now have a new one is design on aberdeenhosting.co.uk Advice on how to expand would be appreciated. Stuart

Brian the language flags solution is simpler than I thought. I was trying to find the smarty tag for 2 digit language code. Lol simpliar to rename the images. As for css will have a look and use your code posted. Whats the difference between $locale.language and $locale.localisedName

How to have different domains point to different templates
Stuart Newton replied to Stuart Newton's topic in Developer Corner
Perfect thank you. My WHMCS licence is through Namecheap, so will ask them and see if its possible. But thought the geolocation hook was the way to go. -
I woulkd like to have 3 or 4 domains per one install of WHMCS. I would like to have 4 different templates, one for each of my customer base. I.e. a domain of Smallvillage1.co.uk should point to a template designed about that village, then have smallvillage2.co.uk but this points to another template and so on. Can this be done. I have read a weeee bit about a geolocation hook, is this the answer or is there a better solution. Stuart

How can we change the above code to show flags next to the language?
-
Yeah I tried that also. I also copied over the css. And it didn't work. The problem i am having is the js. I tried to copy the function over but it either doesn't work or causes other functions to fail. But in truth, I know zero about js. Just tried using Firefox debugger to identify the element, then cut and paste. Not as easy as I thought. It would be good to have the ability to have the joint currency/ language selector in one button in the header of my install. Hopefully someone here can assist

the footer of WHMCS theme "Twenty-one" has the language and currency tied together, how would you place this into the header.tpl file of theme six
