We had the same issue but only on new servers. Turns out WHM doesn't like being loaded in an iFrame (which is what WHMCS Connect does). To fix: Log in to WHM Go to Home->Server Configuration->Tweak Settings Type in x-frame into the find box Set "Use X-Frame-Options and X-Content-Type-Options headers with cpsrvd" to Off Click on Save WHMCS Connect should start working now.
