Directi/Resellerclub did it Again Yesterday i found WHMCS was again able to connect to directi API and domain were manageable. today its again not working and even better Now, you cannot register new domain using Resellerclub API An Error Occurred HTTP Error: cURL ERROR: 7: couldn't connect to host url: https:// soapapi. com: 443/anacreon/servlet/APIv3 content_type: http_code: 0 header_size: 0 request_size: 0 filetime: -1 Certainly DIrecti/RC is working hard to make your customers switch to a different API and provider.
  2. Does that domain extension allows "ID Protection" ?
  3. check if you are able to view details of other domains, If you are able to access other domains and make changes, it can be 1). a special character in domain name of extension, try typing the name manually. 2). make sure your "Netearthone" panel is enabled and allows to sell .co.uk domains If I am not mistaken "Netearthone" uses Directi/Resellerclub platform and any bug/changes affecting them can be the cause itself.
  4. I am expecting this error to come across more users soon who uses directi/resellerclub module. An Error Occurred An unknown fault occured - please contact support its not the issue as mentioned in whmcs KB, my whmcs is showing this error since last 12 hours and it cannot even allow to view/edit details of existing customers too. Its certainly something at Resellerclub API which is not yet disclosed.
  6. why to remove history, if you adjust the date from client product/services the newer invoice will get generated. then you can modify the invoice number if you wish, or you can leave admin note for the re-creation of invoice for future reference.
  7. the cron job mail has those list, or you can view the over due invoice list currently whmcs doesn't sends any mail alerts for specifically over-due invoices to admin IMHO
  8. As I've posted on another thread about pipe problem, I think this is getting little more worth investigating that latest version of WHMCS is secifically verifying path to php. I've been running whcms for a few years now, and i am sure only this release has some unknown bug where php5 is looked upon for version. Error when cron runs, <br>The file <b>/home/username/public_html/path/path/admin/cron.php</b> was encoded with the PHP 5 ionCube Encoder, and requires PHP 5 to be installed Earlier my dedicated box had php4 and php5 installed, PHP5 was done when it was not in the easyapache and one had to manually install php5 to a different path. php4 is OBSOLETE and is already disabled on my box too, but seems latest whmcs is still digging old path to verify php and Ioncube thing. like on my server php4 was at /usr/local/bin/php and php5 was at /usr/local/php5/ and php4 was disabled almost a year + and whmcs was running all fine, but since i loaded 4.2.1 the above error is all over the place. nothing changed server side, as said earlier too. I may need to remove all disabled php4 and php5 and re-do the php compilation but it may lead to many pains on custom setup which i am scared of taking. however only point of opening this thread is Why latest version is trying to dig generic path, when account running whmcs is PHP5.x as shown in phpinfo and php4 doesn't exist on the box. all this is giving error as encoded with the PHP 5 ionCube Encoder, and requires PHP 5 to be installed when php5 is already available to the account and whmcs was running on same folder(of course license needs you to) for so many years.

Hello, did a postponed update today and skipped a whole night sleep. after update whmcs failed to create a ticket when mailed from a customer email account, followed lots of things from http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping so now after chmod and changing the shebangs line to match my setup users are able to create a ticket. but along with a ticket creation email they are also getting a BOUNCE Message message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: pipe to |/home/mysite/public_html/mysite/mysite/pipe/pipe.php generated by support@mysite.com The following text was generated during the delivery attempt: ------ pipe to |/home/mysite/public_html/mysite/mysite/pipe/pipe.php generated by support@mysite.com ------ if staff replies to ticket the reply is added but staff email ID get this bounce message. But when customer replies to an answered ticket he doesn't gets the bounce message, and reply is added to ticket perfectly. ticket mail import log says Ticket Imported Successfully Ticket Reply Imported Successfully Ticket Imported Successfully and so on. have been using whmcs for 2-3 years i think. i did updated this lot of times earlier with no such errors. the server is running php5.2.1 and is not touched in a year or so, and the problem I am facing is occurred just the moment i upgraded to 4.2.1 I am sure there's some bug or a valuable suggestion which i should be following. if anyone from staff wants to have a look please update [Ticket ID: 669168]
  10. this might be asked before, but I am going nuts with this at the moment. Been selling domains with direct domain panel from registrar for a decade now, few clients go to whmcs for new domain only orders then starts the ticket traffic, why my new domain is not in my old panel. we do offer free domain with many products, and that is included fee as a product with free domain but now this confusion is wasting lots of time everyday for answering questions which are in fact not needed. There's more than 3k domains on direct panel and we cannot bring them all to whmcs, so only thing we need is no domain name is ordered from the link which is shown in attached pic below. http://forum.whmcs.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1591&stc=1&d=1278454605 running latest whmcs.
  11. can you post what was the reason, I have this on few orders which usually happens when client order gets auto-canceled for fraud check, but their next attempt gives a order of Rs.0
  12. we too use 5, but sometimes have to manually allow certain old clients who uses ISP from office or have moved and not updated their information in client area. Ofcourse its the Best way to control Fraud.
  13. I've a few clients who keep on using one ticket all year long for every new request they have. However this kinda ticket has its own pros and cons. how would one feel if the client posts your ticket details, like timestamps and hide his questions, on a public forums claiming you took 3, 6, or 8 months to reply. EEEK

  17. Is anyone else having problems with .IN domain since last couple of days. Don't know whats wrong but now do one is able to register any .IN based domain/s. Every lookup returns "There was an error in your request" Domain Name Status X wxxxxxxxxindia.in Unavailable while the supersite is able to show and order them on their interface (directi interface)
  18. seems like pdf dependencies on the server are broken. Have you tried using any other pdf generation script to check is only WHMCS which doesn't generates the PDF's for you ?

Hello, iam getting lil dumb over this, A client has 3 reseller accounts, for one of his account the invoice is generated, while other one which due in next 10 days for renewal, no Invoice gets generated for him. all other customers (whom i noticed) with multiple accounts get multiple invoices generated if there are multiple services falling due for renewal. Iam using 14 days advance invoice generation. Also tried cancelling his first invoice and then re-tried "generate due invoice" but my whmcs doesn't wants to collect payment from him can anyone get me some help here ?
  20. Let the features get introduced and once it becomes available Iam sure WHMCS people would consider it. However the Price increase is twice than Expected. This will certainly affect everybody's profit and sales volume. Many of my sub-resellers have started arguing, but there's not much resellers would be able to do with the new pricing structure.
  21. Hello, just upgraded to latest version, now few strange problems are visible. 1). Added a client then cancelled the order and deleted the client and his account. any future mail sent from this ID is not picked up by ticket system. Mail does gets delivered to respected mailbox though. Ticket mail Import Log shows 19/09/2008 17:54 sales@abcd1234.com sales enquiryFrom: net was «net_dummy@gmail.com» Ticket ID Not Found 2). when flagging a ticket to another admin. WHMCS Admin panel main screen shows Active Flagged Tickets: 1 but when clicked only shows active ticket which is awaiting to be replied by support/sales. and both links Active Support Tickets: 4 Active Flagged Tickets: 1 point to same URL, http://secure.mysites.com/whmcs/admin/supporttickets.php is it normal with current version, or iam missing somthing.

  23. Thanks "Si" works fine in 3.6.1 too. However I've restricted the client from changing the EMail ID and Address too. Preventing EMAIL id change might also help in case someone's clientArea Password is stolen. Hacker/kiddie would not be able to access it once the forget password option has been used by Original Client, and much more. Also i've used Text stating "Please Raise a Support request should you need to change above Contact details/ownership". Thanks again Si.
