no i havent, not sure what one to use. at this point i have just disabled it to the clients, it seems to have broken during the 3.7.1 upgrade that got botched on my installation.

sorry thought i put it in there. the problem is, i get an error when trying to view pdf invoices: TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /tmp/jpgtm4Oel tried the wiki and looked in the documents, no luck finding an answer on the issue. deleted the offending invoices and created new ones, however it still doesnt show up the pdf's

im not a code writer, so that wouldn't work for me. Is a good suggestion though for those who can code.

it would be nice if this was available. i have a couple clients that are starting to abuse their bandwidth useage, would be nice to bill them for it. hopefully this comes out with 3.8 otherwise may have to switch to ubersmith

so i posted this in the bugs report section and got deleted, so i'll ask everyone else. there seems to be an ongoing bug with the pdf's. ive done the steps in the wiki and it still doesnt fix it. ive deleted the offending invoices and recreated them yet the problem persists. seems to be an ongoing bug in the software, but cant seem to find out why. anyone else have ideas? this only affects the PDF's no other system or feature in the software.

ok so, i deleted out the old key, and put the new one in, however, now everything is broke. i cant create invoices, cant send automated invoices, it doesnt show any client data, and if i try to change the server IP address, it refuses to change it and leaves it on the old server. i think im going to have to put a support ticket in, because i think its starting to go haywire

nope, havent changed servers and it worked fine until my db flaked out im finding more and more things creep up since that DB file flaked out

This may sound strange, but after a recent database crash of my whmcs system (thank goodness i did a back up just a couple days before it went out) all of my users accounts are showing unlimited everything, even though whm shows them assigned to the correct package, with the limits. I've tried removing the package and rebuilding it. Ive tried deleting the client off the package then putting them back on, still not working. I'm not really sure whats going on, does anyone have any insight as to why whmcs isnt talking/working with whm? thanks folks! james

Ok, so last night, i had a weird problem. after adding a new VPS, my database appeared to have crashed. said unable to connect to db. after deleting the db completely, and loading a back up, deleted all the old whmcs files out and started over, it seemed to fix itself, however, today a client to place an order, and it gave him an error when trying to connect to paypal. the error stated an error has occured please try again later. i log into whmcs and attempt to manually accept the order however im getting: Fatal Error. Got a non-object from the server: (and its blank after the : ) any ideas? is this a residual problem from when my db flaked out? i have several other sites on the same db server and they all worked fine before, during, and after whmcs flaking out. thanks James

that may be true, however, i dont have a paypal card because i dont like leaving my money sit in an account i use for no other purpose other than accepting credit cards. forgot about this thread honestly, but i got my money back, finally. i had my lawyer send them a notice of intent to file small claims suite, and within a week, i got my money back. was pretty happy sadly it cost me 75$ to have my lawyer do that for me.. and he didnt do anything other than provide a piece of paper and a signature. i typed it all up, he barely had to do anything! lol

personally, i would frown upon this practice due to the fact that a customer can just go open up another one, and make a reply, and the whole process starts over. just a thought

while your post was semi helpful in pointing the way, however when you search for Header intergration, it doesnt return anything that gives a good overview of how to do a BASIC intergration. i understand everyone's site and intergration needs are as different as the ip addresses of the interwebs, however, a good basic guide on how to intergrate is what i was looking for. whmcs looks out of place on my site in its current form. we changed the default whmcs logo which helped, but it still looks out of place. hope this makes more sense :-/

Ok, so, the search didn't provide any real results to my question. I have an HTML/CSS styled site, but i haven't found a good guide on how to do it. if there has already been a topic made, could someone please point it out without the rude comments would be great thanks!

just a dumb question, but honestly, why would you want to store credit card info. i mean my customers provide it, i use it, then its destroyed. id be afraid of the DB being hacked. even with the best security and firewalls in place, DB can still be hacked. either from inside, or outside sources. worried? yes, i am, i dont want to go through the nightmare of it! lol

WHMCS includes the ability to provision LXAdmin, but lacks the welcoming email. Not sure if this is an oversight or intentional, but it seems kinda silly not to include it in the package. could someone either create a default one, or do they have a base one that they use that works? i like the lay out of the cpanel email, but would just like it for LXAdmin. thanks James
