  1. When placing a new order for a client using the admin order page, if one of the clients found on the client list drop down has a longer then normal username, the order page becomes distorted. Screenshot attached.
  2. Can you add an option to disable the delete sensitive data by daily cron job if the ticket is closed? Also, the send data to email and store in database option doesn't mention if the data is deleted by cron.
  3. I'm interested in the client verification module but I need some clarification on how this module actually works before I proceed with my purchase. When a client signs up for a service, is the client account automatically unverified? Because I would like to have a module like this that can be turned on on an individual account basis. Example, lets say a client doesn't pass a fraud check, I'd then like to be able to request verification for that account. I think it would also be very beneficial to add a feature that prevents unverified accounts to make future purchases, like upgrades and new orders until the account has been verified. Let me know.
  4. So this module is fully compatible with the latest version of WHMCS? I have some feature requests: 1. Delete multiple PM's at the same time. 2. Set number of PM's per page. 3. Mass PM. 4. Search for PM. 5. Set PM priority. Let me know if you can add any of these features, Thanks.

  8. Could a staff member possibly respond to Ticket #ACE-045315. It's been 20 plus days now. I'd really like to know what happened to WHMCS support, because it honestly sucks now. This isn't the first time I've had to wait 20 plus days for a response. You guys have an amazing product but your support really lacks. Hopefully this is something your organization is looking into resolving.
