still not had a response to ours eother.... nearly a month since we updated an ongoing 10 month ticket.... worse support times ever

I reported it to them 5-6 days ago.... tickets not been read yet..... tagged it to an ongoing 10 month ticket thats also unresolved, worst service ever from circletree

have tried in chrome too and firefox, I am using a different pc to yesterday and issue is same .. cannot see anything in the console of chrome Not at office at moment so not able to upload admin folder.... its not a massive issue for us if honest, we were simply trying it.

mine doesn`t stay open long enough to tick a box, disappears not long after you click the cog.

Version 7.3.0 When clicking on the cog to edit the widgets on the admin page, the mwnu does not stay open long enough to tick/untick anything and keeps closing Tested in IE and Firefox

We tried this on a dev site and worked fine, have added to live site now and get this when clicking on register or login buttons :- Error We were unable to connect your account. Please contact your system administrator. when in client area and you link the account, the account shows linked, and does work as it should, but the error above is always showing. Any ideas?

just updated my 10 month old unresolved ticket with circletree..... to advise them that the widgets no longer work with 7.3.0

Thanks for confirmation Brian. Seems one of the updates has overwritten the json file... and theres quite a few tlds missing again.. have added beer in again, will wait now to see if anymore flag up, we dont to a massive amount of the new tlds...

seems .beer stopped again after last update, can you confirm this still works please as readdedit and still no joy { "extensions": ".beer", "uri": "socket://whois.nic.beer", "available": "This domain name has not been registered" }, Thanks in advance

Have enabled 2 factor auth for time based passwords using google authenticator.... but keep getting the following when verfiying code :- It seem's there's a problem... The code you entered did not match what was expected. Please try again. I keep trying but it just keeps failing. Am I missing something obvious? I'm using the Google Authenticator on my iPhone and it lets me in to a couple of other applications I use it for. for info the time on whmcs and server are set to uk and showing correctly.... but still canot get this to work... Any ideas?

We use this forum on our site, although we have problems getting users to use it (not the software fault), they are just not used to using forums..... It is probably the better forum software we have used, tried many bridges but never works and used one from no half pixels that wasn`t a patch on this....... support has also been very good from Chris when we needed help.... Well worth a purchase, especially with the discount code . -
Agree with the high prices of modules garden, thishas always put us off purchasing from them, the serverping one I mentioned above though works fine and is free ) so no harm in trying it to see if it meets your needs.
