  1. make you review here: https://ch.trustpilot.com/review/whmcs.com it's really a disaster such a customer relationship management. i still can't beleive it.
  2. i'm very disapointed about that decission and. it just ridiculous. we are whmcs customer since 9 years and they allready doubled the support price few years ago which was ok but now a price increase from over 450%....just mad. i mean it's not a perfect tool at all but is very usable with a lot of little tweaks via hooks and lot of extension modules. i just missing the words about that all!! It's no problem to pay little bit more for the yearly support of owend license but not like they did it now!! for us it would also be ok if we would pay for our owned license for support between 150-200$ but not more.
  3. i'm very disapointed about that decission and they even made the price higher again since yesterday evening from 1000 clients for 25 dollar now towards 45 dollar. it just ridiculous. we are whmcs customer since 9 years and they allready doubled the support price few years ago which was ok but now a price increase from over 450%....just mad. i mean it's not a perfect tool at all but is very usable with a lot of little tweaks via hooks and lot of extension modules. i just missing the words about that all!!

  6. Hello We are running shortly our WHMCS installation 7.2.3 with Nginx, php-fpm 7.0 and almost all is running well. but we had a problem with the knowledgebase which was not reachable anymore over https://whmcsurl/knowledgebase after installing some nginx rules like here posted we can again open the knowledgebase like https://whmcsurl/knowledgebase. but now the search is not working ( 404 not found). the question is now if someone has working nginx rules or can help with the problem? # Announcements rewrite ^/announcements/([0-9]+)/[a-zA-Z0-9-]+.html$ /./announcements.php?id=$1 last; rewrite ^/announcements$ /./announcements.php last; # Downloads rewrite ^/downloads/([0-9]+)/([^/]*)$ /./downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=$1 last; rewrite ^/downloads$ /./downloads.php last; # Knowledgebase rewrite ^/knowledgebase/([0-9]+)/[a-zA-Z0-9-]+.html$ /./knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=$1 last; rewrite ^/knowledgebase/([0-9]+)/([^/]*)$ /./knowledgebase.php?action=displaycat&catid=$1 last; rewrite ^/knowledgebase$ /./knowledgebase.php last; best regards chris
  7. Yes we would also be interested in such little hook or template. @klan thanks for your post and your great module but i guess some people would like to have a lightwight hook or function without implementing a great and big module which does lots more.
  8. hello all is there any orderform template out there which will that support? https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/configurable-options-slider-free-mimimun-quantity text copied from feature request: Actually the Configurable options quantity slider only allows to have a quantity to start from but not to bill from. For example, if you configure a Disk Space to start from 5GB and bill each GB 1 Euro, the customer will be invoiced 5 Euros per default. What if I wanted to offer the first 5GB? I will need to configure a coupon code, a bundle or use a dropdown list ; which is really not a good commercial ergonomic.
  9. Hello is there a solution allready there for that? we would also need to hide on the invoices all not choosen options!
  10. Hello Thats not a feature request, that is a bug. we have a lot of domains and some of them get renewed 2-3 days after their expire date. those domains we have all to handle manuell. we need an option to have the domainsnc script also run on expired domains or to completly disable that expire feature.
