I concure with Sherri as it is annoying and pops up too fast. We just tested it, we opened a ticket and wanted to just close it when the pop up appears. I click on the close button within seconds of opening the ticket and the collission gives me a popup of all of the content. I know I am closing a ticket and do not need a pop up. We need a way to disable it or configure it.

I am looking at this script but I don't see any instructions for WHMCS; would you mind providing the instructions how you installed it (location, etc.). Thanks

I know this s probably a really dumb question but I have to ask this. I used the Social Media example and successfully created a hook and menu for it. I attempted to create another Sub menu in our Services but I have no idea what to name the php file in the hooks directory. The doc reference hooks but what to name the file? Whenever I create a hook file (*php) and add the example code The client area page is blank. When I remove the php file the page properly displays.

We too are using SugarCRM. We recently tested ModuleGarden's CRM as it fully integrates into WHMCS; however, what I think is a standard feature is missing from their module and they want to charge you to implement a "Lead Generation" form for a website. We are staying with SugarCRM at this time.

Hello, Since this morning we have received over 50 emails from spoofed gmail accounts with the same link to adaptedseo's website selling FB likes and Twitter Followers marketing system. Gotta love a "marketing' company that relies on spamming to market their marketing system. I bet their FB likes and twitter followers are also spammers - don't want them anywhere near our company's social media. I have reported their domain to Spam Cop a few minutes ago since they hit #50 email. It is interesting, their client area is WHMCS and they just registered their domain on 06 Jan 2015. Have you created the Console Users and assigned their roles in vCenter or domain controller? It looks like this might be causing the issue.

We have tried to register on their site also, sent numerous emails and no one responded. From the lack of communications and broken website, it appears that the product is dead. We are still looking for a good datacenter module. I love Hostbills module but would touch their platform due to the instable developer.

We are interested in this module. I am curious why a Mod is threatening a take down in February 2014 and its still active. I see a lot of discussion about copyright issues but don't see that it relates to this product - if it the case please update this thread. I looked on the site but do not see any demo's and only a single screenshot that you cannot enlarge. I would like to see a working demo or some detailed screens of the product. I do not want a bunch of political BS all I want to know is if it works, will I have to worry about a takedown notice or are all of these comments relating to another product and its carrying over to this thread.

What is the error when attempting to connect to the console? Your ESX host must be accessible from a public URL. Also, have you tested the Console User login creds to confirm you can access the vCenter? Keep in mind that the Module uses the first available Console User; we create a 2 Console Users for every VM that is in vCenter. Cheers

Did you create the Console user in the Config file? You also need to create the user permission in your vCenter.

Interesting Module. Does it allow to create and send more than 1 ticket reminder? For example, we open a ticket when the invoice is 2 days past due, again day 3 when the late fee is applied and then on day 5 when the account is scheduled for suspension. Is it possible to use this module in this manner? Thanks

As the title states; we tested NOClayers WHMCS module a few months ago and attempted to log into their portal but getting a dbs error and failing to log in. We are interested to know if anyone else is using this module and if it is still alive? We have a HB build and the only good thing about HB (IMHO) is their datacenter manager. We hope that NOClayer is just having website issues and are continuing to support their module. It seems to be promising.

I would assume it is because the value is free (0.00); have you attempted to change the price to 0.01 and see if the card will validate?

We have been using ENOM Pro and it allows you to send an email for expiring SSL Certs xx # days prior to expiration; we have ours set to 15 days prior. In addition to an email, you can also create a Support Ticket as the reminder.

We did similar; we attempted payment collection 10 days in advance and generate invoices 15 days in advance (clients complained that they didn't have time to review) so we changed to attempt payment on the due date and each day for 5 days with service suspension on day 6. Clients like the process better. Reminder - If you have payment procedures within your Terms of Services; don't forget to update it.

We just purchased a company that bills their clients in arrears, we want to add the clients to WHMCS but need to continue the arrears billing. Has anyone been successful in billing clients in arrears? Thanks,

We utilize bundling for multiple products with the stated method. It makes a cleaner order process for the customer, especially with "one time" products such as the setup fees. Cheers

Glad you resolved the issue. We are running MySQL 5.6 and confirmed that our password is 18 characters (strong) and have not had any issues connecting.

We have both addon's. VMunify have been very good resolving issues quickly. VMunify does communicate. We just installed VMunify (30 days) and it is still in testing. There are some features or changes that we would like to see. HEAP - we have been using them since August 2013. Initially, they were good but we recently updated to their Auto Provisioning Module and it has broken the addon. We have had a support ticket in with them and they asked for ftp and whmcs access; which we provided them 6 days ago. They have not attempted to look at our issue and we have been updating the ticket for the last 5 days trying to resolve the issue ourselves. Unfortunately HEAP has POOR communication problems and if VMunify can fix some issues that we have we will move over to them in a SECOND even with missing features (e.g. IP manager, console needs to open in its own page, etc.). Until recently, we were very pleased with HEAP but we cannot run a business with a broken module and WITHOUT any communication from the provider that we rely on to sell our core products.. We will update if HEAP decides to reply back to us since we have disabled their access until we know they are active and supporting the addon we purchased.

Finally! I discovered the problem was due to a Custom Invoice PDF module. Once I disabled it, I manually ran another CRON and IT Worked. WOW - 6 hours of testing, searching and pulling out hair! But it's fixed.
