columbusgeek
Hi I have been neglecting my old WHMCS install and found it to be in need of a rebuild after upgrading over the years a lot. My cart was not working and I was not able to figure out the issue, so I decided it was time to do a fresh install and get things tidy again. Upon inserting the products, I am noticing on the most recent stable build of WHMCS, (just installed hours ago) , that where you can normally put -1.00 into the payment field, forcing it to ignore that payment option is not working. I have tried -1.00, 0.00 and -0.00 and all with innappropriate results. Examples below. Am I missing a setting or a switch someplace to enable this behavior?
sparky
Leave the setup fee at 0.00 and use -1.00 only on the price terms that you want disabled
columbusgeek
Tried that. Same results, minus the setup fee.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 15, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 15, 2009 Change the Payment Type radio option to "Recurring".
columbusgeek
That seems to go against logic, since it's not re-occurring it's a one time fee for 6 months. This must be how WHMCS handles it though. *shrugs* I think I have it where I want it now. Thank you.
sparky
For a one time fee the only fields needed in the monthly one. Thats why it has "One Time/Monthly" above it. One time means just that "One Time" If your product is 6 monthly then select recuring as john said.
columbusgeek
Gotcha. That does make sense with the clarification. Thanks Sparky.
