Change order of billing cycle dropdown in product configuration

Recommended Posts

Hi there. I wanted to change the order of the dropdown pricing options on the product configuration page. Currently this is what I have:

$xx.xx CAD Quarterly

$xx.xx CAD Semi-Anually

$xx.xx CAD Anually

What I want to change this to is:

$xx.xx CAD Anually

$xx.xx CAD Semi-Anually

$xx.xx CAD Quarterly

This is so the customer defaults to paying for a year instead of the quarterly option first. Is there a switch in the admin or is this a file change?

You can change the order they appear in the dropdown by editing /templates/orderforms/*your active template*/configureproduct.tpl

Then you can choose the option to be selected by default by passing the billingcycle variable in the URL: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Linking_to_WHMCS#Order_Links

Question:

I have a Product/Services that I want @ $0.00 then I want a Configurable Options Group with just the Monthly option, but the Product/Services I cannot take off the other payment options (Billing Cycle) like Quarterly, ect... As is when I can select Quarterly the price month the month is still in tact.

*** Never mind, found "-1.00" feature *** sorry im new :)
