Open New Ticket When Email Sent To Support

Is there a way to automatically open a new ticket when someone emails support?

 

LIke with Hostgator, I like their system. If you send an email, a ticket is created automatically and a reply is sent back saying someone will get with you.

 

Then, if you reply to any of their messages, it knows the ticket number and keeps the reply in the right ticket.

 

Is there some way to do this with WHMCS?
