  1. I use promo coupons for this sort of thing.
  2. I've registered around 1,000 domains through Enom, but recently had a limit error trying to register (signed up through WHMCS) that nobody seemed to be able to fix, sooo... instead of losing all the new domains customers were ordering EVERYDAY I decided to try another registrar....I signed up through ResellerClub with a $1,600 deposit. Mostly it is working, however for customers who live out of the US and order a domain, the order is rejected when I submit it to the registrar. The error is something about the format of the phone number. I then open the profile, change the phone number to a US format "9999999999" and the order processes and the domain is accepted. Anybody run into this before or have an idea of what is causing it? 4 months ago I was considering selling this hosting business, had 300 customers...now I've got 900 customers and I LOVE it!
  3. Just so happens I didn't find this thread in time. I bought one of his products (got a link from another thread) and never received it. I also tried the bridge plugin and got it to kinda work except when going from cPanel to WHMCS clients would still have to login again. Zero help and now I have to file a PayPal dispute because he didn't deliver what I bought.
  4. Yeah thanks, I finally caught on to that. All along I thought it was the cPanel login for the client and didn't realize it was the root WHM login. Thanks to everybody for helping me get ahold of this. 410 clients so far.
  5. Is there a way to automatically open a new ticket when someone emails support? LIke with Hostgator, I like their system. If you send an email, a ticket is created automatically and a reply is sent back saying someone will get with you. Then, if you reply to any of their messages, it knows the ticket number and keeps the reply in the right ticket. Is there some way to do this with WHMCS?
  6. Where? I have the server setup and the details there for cPanel. Accounts are created as they should be and it is using the username/password to create the accounts. So where else do I setup WHM details? When I hover over the link it shows this: http://MYIPDISPLAYSHERE:2086/xfercpanel/beginner And if I click 'login to control panel' I get a pop up cPanel window, but it asks for username and password and even if I manually enter them, it won't let me login. Only when I change the port to 2082 can I login.
  7. I'm using cPanel. Everything else seems to be working. Accounts are created correctly etc... Just this one little annoying bug.
  8. When I view a client's product for hosting, next to their domain name is a link that says "log into control panel' but when I click on this, it never successfully logs in. The prompt opens, but it doesn't ever let me login with their credentials. I always have to manually change the port to 2082 and then manually ente their details. Is there a configuration somewhere that is wrong?
  9. Nevermind, just realized I could just update the info for the older server.
  10. I just moved all 350+ of my clients to a new WHMCS dedicated server. The issue is, I am not using the old server anymore. I configured the new server in WHMCS. I now need ALL of the existing clients updated to show that they are on the new server (all have been moved). Is there some way to do this besides going in to each client and manually changing the server?
  11. So just sell it as a membership and outline everything they get with the membership. It is really very easy. Are you familiar with CB?
  12. When I log into WHMCS and look at any client's hosting product in their account, it shows their username and password with a link beside it saying 'log into control panel' but the link is always http://localhost:2086/xfercpanel/samplesite - where 'samplesite' is just whatever their username is. Obviously that doesn't work because 'localhost' is MY computer. Why doesn't this show their IP?
  13. So you are trying to sell your hosting (as a membership presumably) on Clickbank?
  14. My reseller account is growing and I'm being hit more and more with overseas users and people across the US in another timezone (that work very late!) and I'm having issues with support while I sleep (which I still seem to need to do on occasion). Does anybody know of a good support company that can work with WHMCS and has reasonable rates and is trustworthy?
