Hi Guys

 

I am just about to buy WHMCS along with the installation services and integration service ..etc

 

But I want to know .. Would you guys help setup everything in DirectAdmin for me also (because I have a rough idea but I'm not too sure) ? Also can I talk to someone on MSN ? I hate communicating through Emails then waiting for hours .. then sending Emails again.

 

I like to have a technician on Live Chat while he/she is doing the stuff that needs to doing.

They won't do live chat or phone, but they're usually pretty quick at responding to tickets. I believe the installation service includes installing the script via your control panel, so yes, but if you're planning to be offering web hosting to people, you really ought to be figuring that one out for yourself.

We will setup WHMCS and create the crons in Direct Admin to ensure everything runs automatically, and we'll setup email piping if requested. However we won't create your hosting packages in Direct Admin, that's something you need to do.
