  1. It's not dead. See here: https://bitbucket.org/Doctor_McKay/blockchain.info-whmcs-payment-gateway/issue/5/bitcoin-payment-gateway-not-working
  2. Just installed it and customised it for the most part. It seems rather good, with a couple of minor bugs seemingly due to the WHMCS modifications. If somebody from WHMCS wants to give me a quick call, I'd be happy to talk them through it (443333408855, ext. 200) I also have a minor problem which is that whilst the integration seems to recognise clients, chat logs do not seem to be getting saved to the tickets of the respective client.
  3. His correspondence has always been timely for me. LivePerson is overpriced crap, you'd be better off with Kayako's live chat system if you wanted to spend proper money. @TJ: I've had to come back and read this thread to see updates about the program, perhaps you could implement some announcement mailing list for people to subscribe to to receive updates regarding development? Would make my life easier
  4. They won't do live chat or phone, but they're usually pretty quick at responding to tickets. I believe the installation service includes installing the script via your control panel, so yes, but if you're planning to be offering web hosting to people, you really ought to be figuring that one out for yourself.
  5. I just can't wait for the desktop client, I have a serious problem trying to remember to log myself in to the web interface. Need something to auto-run on startup
  6. I'd also like to see a more comprehensive module for Cloudmin which supports System Owners and packages instead of just simply creating a virtual machine. Based on how Cloudmin works, it should just allocate resources to a client's account and email the client their login details, then in the Cloudmin control panel, they can choose exactly what virtualization they want and how much of their purchased resources they want to allocate to their first virtual machine. You need to step out the box for this one a bit, because Cloudmin does things very differently to say, what HyperVM used to do. All it needs to handle is System Owners, really - it doesn't even need to bother with VM creation, choosing a distro or anything like that.
  7. I'd like to point out that although there is little chance of data being intercepted during transit generally over the Internet, there is a significantly higher chance of it being intercepted over a shared (public) network where a lot of standard sub-par networks are susceptable to ARP poisoning which can redirect all network traffic through a network device pretending to be the network gateway. Whilst SSL is seriously overhyped, you are tempting fate if you don't use one for transactional purposes.
  8. We're still weighing up our options, but are strongly considering Cloudmin.
  9. I feel Cloudmin should be added to this poll.
  10. I was quoted $1500 owned license (single CPU, unlimited containers)
  11. Hi, For those that have a Virtuozzo owned license or have it on monthly lease - how much did you pay and for what server to run it on (PM if you'd rather not publically display)? From what I've established so far, it's quite expensive, but they seem to be able to shift somewhat on pricing. Thanks.
  12. I find people are less familiar with pro-rated.
  13. I like how the team(?) from Cloudmin is actively seeking every way to support everybody's needs. I'm seriously warming to them. Can anybody explain the difference between Cloudmin and Virtualmin?
  14. At what point does a merchant conractually bind themselves to be fined if they leak cardholder data?
  15. I refuse to support any company that doesn't provide clear-cut pricing options for their products. This includes Parallels and VMware. Though I don't know enough about Libvirt, my perception says it has huge potential.
