I have a follow-up question related to TMCprohost discussion - http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=126234#post126234. Since that post is closed, so I am creating a new one.

My website is also hosted on by that provider IP address on the same IP address - 74.86.158.10. And it has the same issue as posted in that earlier forum - 74.86.158.10(74.86.158.10) is not found.

i was wondering if that issue was resolved.

i have tried contacting TMCprohost several time in the last 36 hours but have not received any answer from them.

I think it is a WHMCS issue. TMCprohost is a customer of eprohosted.com. It appears that the service has been suspended due to billing or invoicing issues. Both use WHMCS to manage their billing and support.

Can WHMCS remove account suspensions

eProHosted appears to be the hosting company that is hosting TMChost. You may want to contact them if TMC is MIA :)

you can contact eprohosted here:

http://www.eprohosted.com/billing/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1

or at support@eprohosted.com

both will open a support ticket with them. As a test, I just asked them a sales question and they answered me pretty quick!

The thread was closed because it hasn't anything to do with WHMCS, and you need to contact that host. When a thread is closed, it's not without reason, and not an invitation to open a new thread for exactly the same issue that no one here can help with.

Contact your provider, please.
