Carlos5
Hello all, I have set up my domain pricing and set up the registrar. But when I go to the client order page nothing shows up for the domain registration. I can see all on my hosting packages but no domain registration stuff. I am looking in the domains tab in the shopping cart. Thank you
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 21, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 21, 2009 Have you clicked the Open Pricing link to enter the actual prices? http://whmcs.com/tutorials.php?i=6

Carlos5
Ok, there really isn't an error to see. It is a page with nothing on it. Maybe I am misunderstanding something. Let's use .com as an example. In my admin area I go into setup-domain pricing. I enter in the TLD column ".com" (without the quotes) and in the auto registration column I choose reseller club (which has already been set up). I leave everything else blank (no other services) and save the changes. I then go back to the .com line and choose open pricing. I set my prices for everything, Register, transfer, and renew, for 1 to 10 years. Again I save the settings. At this point I log on as a test client and go to the order page and choose the link "Domains", that is where I get the blank page. When I go to the "register domain" or :"transfer domain" link and enter a domain, my proper pricing comes up in a drop down menu so I assume I entered the pricing information correctly. What is the Domains link on the order page for? Where do I set up pricing for that area? Thank you for your help.

Carlos5
Thank you for the info but ... it is not an error. I get the proper page, it just doesn't have the pricing on it, as if it wasn't set up. I am sure the WHMCS is working properly, I think I am not understanding something or missed something. It is my fault for saying "blank page" , the page is there, just no pricing info is there.

Carlos5
Ok, With your help I figured it out. I had previously added a group in products/services called "domains" I didn't know that it automatically added a "domains" link to the order page. So when I went to the order page and clicked on it there were no prices because I hadn't set any. My thought was if someone wanted to buy a domain for 5 years there needed to be a product entered for that, but of course when they go to the register page they will get the pricing. Thanks for your help and patience with a newbie. Edited November 24, 2009 by Carlos5 typo
