nodgesoft
I have been using WHMCS for awhile now and it has been perfect for my needs. However I seem to have run into a problem finally. I would like to move an existing client's purchase to be under an affiliates account. At the moment there are 2 seperate accounts, one of which is a affiliate. How do I move the account to look like it was referred by the affiliate account. Thanks
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 20, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 20, 2009 You can manually select an affiliate on the view order details page. The dropdown menu is at the bottom.
nodgesoft
I have looked on the order page and cannot see this dropdown. I have checked both pending and active orders at the bottom of the page both above and below the "Available Actions". The site is using 4.1.2. Could I be missing a file?
sparky
A client must be activated as an affiliate first as well as affialiates enabled in setup->general settings->affialiates To activate a client as an affialiate from admin click the link "Activate as Affialiate" on the right hand side on the Client Profile page. Then go to your orders page and you can then assign the affialiate to the order.
nodgesoft
Existing affiliate's orders seem to be able to be assigned to other affiliates. However when I changed an existing order's client to an affiliate the order does not show up the options to assign it to another affiliate. Looks like it only give you those options for orders made after the client was activated as a reseller.
