mgaccess Posted November 19, 2009 Share Posted November 19, 2009 Hi, is it possible to upgrade a service/package AND options at the same time? For example, if a customer has a fully functional trial (for instance an online data backup account with all options enabled and X amount of storage), then wants to convert to a paid account, it looks like they have to go through the "Upgrade Package" process, then turn around and go through the process again to change options on that package/service.
