Yes, this is already possible. Your client can choose their own site name such as "mysite" when ordering. The customer will see the sub domain that is available such as "yourhost.com". Accounts can be set up automatically by the system, or if you wish, you can have it done manually. You can also select billing periods and even charge for sub domain hosting, it's up to you.

can someone guide me on how to configure that?

i created a shared hosting plan,.

but i get only these options under free-domain settings

None

Offer a free domain registration/transfer only (renew as normal)

Offer a free domain registration/transfer and free renewal (if product is renewed)

Here's what to do...

1. When logged into your Admin area, click on Products & Services

2. Now click to modify a plan for a product or service

3. You will see all the options available on this page, just click the "Other" tab to see the sub domain options

Does it let clients purchase normal domains at the moment?

Under General Settings > Domain Options - you'll need to make sure that Domain Registration Option boxes are ticked. If still no sub domain options showing, you'll need to make sure that all plans under Products & Services have the sub domain option configured. Still no luck? - Submit a Support Ticket.
