WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 26, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 26, 2009 That's correct. There a list of all the merge fields you can use beneath the email text area.
jnet
Try not to use whmcs for mass email. I would not becuase do not want to give the slightes possiblity for IP issues causing client emails go to junk folder . If you have a forum make an announcement section so that users can subscribe to it or use other ways from other IPs. Keep whmcs as clean as possible.
