sentryhosting
Hello, How do I manually add a domain order? I've done this as I would a hosting package but it does not create in enom and I had to do that manually. The problem now is that the client cannot edit any information relating to this domain as it wont connect to enom. Any advice? Thanks
othellotech
if you've already put the domain-reg order in whmcs then simply click "register"
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 22, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 22, 2009 If the domain is registered at eNom and you can manage it through the eNom website, then it will work in WHMCS. If there's a problem you'd see an error message when you view the domain on the client's domain tab.
sentryhosting
Hello, I manually added the domain through WHMCS and tried to register it but it would not work, all my other domains worked find and other continue to do so. I then manually registered the domain in enom and tried to register it again in WHMCS but it says Domain Not Found, when I click register it states registration is successfull but when i reload the domain order it says domain not found. Any ideas? Chris
