How to just move one client from manual to WHMCS billing system?

ehm

Recommended Posts

I have the billing for all my clients in Quickbooks and current I'm using a Registrar that is not integrated with WHMCS.

What I want to do now is just create the clients on WHMCS for billing purposes, so WHMCS will send the billing e-mails AND do the CC charges then I don't have to do that manually.

I could not find a way to input a new client on my WHMCS database, input his current monthly fee (which is a value that I don't have a 'plan' for that, old clients, old monthly fees).

I try the IMPORT option, but that just imports the client, I could not find a way to create products to that client.

How can I do that?

I just want to include the client, the monthly fee and then let WHMCS send the e-mails for charging and controlling the payments.

Thank you

John,

I went there, but then as I told, those old clients they have a very old/different price structure then what I have now.

Like, my montly fee now is $7.95, but this clients pay everywhere from $20 to $55.

I don't want to create a new plan for each one of them, I just want to manually input the price for each one of then and then that will be charged automatically every month. Is that possible?

Just create a single "custom" plan for all those customers, and manually adjust the price for each customer.

untick the "send invoice" and "send email" options, order them a generic "legacy" package, and then before accepting the order (and filling in the right server, user pasword details) click on the words "hosting account" to go to the package, put their real limits in the notes so you have a record, and set the correct due dates and prices - job done :)
