Coupons don't work

Hello,

I've created a coupon, when ordering, the coupon doesn't deduct the percentage.

It keeps on saying: 20% discount : €00.00

I've tried several options; one time fee, percentage but none of them work.

I've made sure that I selected all the products, so it should work on all the products.

But it doesn't.

I've checked the wiki, as well as the forum, but I can't find a solution.

Can anyone please help me out?

Whats happening is that the promo code is only applied to the "One Time" billing cycle and your product that you would be selecting from the cart would be something other that "One Time", always resulting in giving you $0.00 discount.

Change the Cycles to "Any Payment Term" and it will work fine or in the Applies To box only select the products that has a One Time billing cycle.
