How does invoicing work?

oldbrit

Question

The other issue I am concerned about is invoicing.

How do you handle multiple items due for a single customer?

I saw somewhere that everything due on the same day can go on a single invoice. Do you have the ability to pro-rate new accounts so that you can automatically force everything to come due on the first of each month?

How about invoice payment? Is it possible to select invoices and pay them with one payment? We have a refill system now and customers don't want to use it. Our customers are not techies and they don't want to understand how the refill system works. They just call us and complain.

Is there a place where I can see how this all works?

We need to find a different system, but we're not going to change if we can't solve this critical issue.

Yes and yes (on the product pricing tab).

Not for clients, from the admin side, yes.
