ultranet
I have to add my positive feedback to the service provided from Steven. Even if the module wasn't appropriate for my Installation (due to my WHMCS non UTF encoding issues and time needed to convert) and finally didn't continue, Steven was really very helpfull and professional with his service and the module worth every cent!
bigdogpete43
My suggestion is that if you can't afford $120 for something useful, you shouldn't be in business. You have already wasted $100 of this guys time replying to nonsensical messages, either buy it or move on seems to be his message.
tldagent
Ok, look at it from this point of view, if your the developer and you charge $80 per hour and it has taken you 75 hours to develop and test the mod. Only 75 people need to buy it worldwide at $80 and it paid for (Hope this makes sense) But i think because this add on looks so good you will make much more plus the installation fees. For Example i have the "Jadmin" app on my iphone and it cost me £5.99 now it didnt take the developer 10 minutes to build the app im shure it took him many 10's of hours but if i and 1000+ people buy it thats £1000's for the developer. Do you see i think by dropping your price you would sell much more copies but i guess its up to you. Im not slating the add on as i thinks it looks great and i will buy it but i think you have outpriced many potential customers. Mark, I completely understand what you are saying here however, if you want html integration it's going to cost at least $120. Then, what about support? You have to consider that portion of it as well. Eventually someone will have to do documentation. We've purchased vBulletin and Kayako and are integrating those as well. It's not overpriced at all, it's under-priced IMHO. We're really not looking to compete on a quantity level and if we had more customers we'd have more support tickets to answer so if it's too much for some, that's OK, they are more than welcome to find another solution or create one. Try an find me 10 joomla add-ons that cost this much or more you will struggle believe me. Remember also you rely on the community to work for you by testing an reporting bugs. There are several. Try out the ExtremeJoomla.com CRM software. That's quite a bit more but take a look at the support, reviews and even to this day I'm not aware of anyone having a working version that's being used in a 'real' working environment. There are other Joomla apps that cost this much or more. It's OK though, again, quality not quantity and support plays a big role in that. I would pay the price asked if I could get a trial version first.$50 I would buy it and hope for the best, $120 I would like to see it working first. This integrator is being used on many websites already. If you want to know what people have to say about it, go here: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/hosting-a-servers/hosting/9901 If someone purchases this product and it simply doesn't work or it's not what they wanted, we have no problem issuing a refund. Hey, we're webmasters too and we've been in a place where we've purchased products just to find out they are junk and most of the time, you don't get a refund. That's not the case with J!WHMCS. We want it to work, we want to be able to support it and when Matt updates WHMCS with some new feature, we want to be able to integrate that too. Thanks for all the great comments and thoughts on our product. Much appreciated and we take all feedback into consideration. If anyone would like to try the product, go ahead and give it a go, you stand to lose nothing and who knows, you might like it.

tldagent
LOL @Mark. Good deal. I probably installed it and don't even remember I've been installing so many of these. Thanks for the comment on the JED! BTW, your signature link isn't working: "Couldn't store the data, check file storage path and name, check permissions"
davet
I use it and it is an excellent extension! Great support too! I first started with the monthly subscription and a month later purchased the license. Well worth the investment.

Grizzlyware Josh
I was going to, but Joomla has so much behind it... it is expandable, has hundreds of SEO extensions etc... In the end I want to have a forum for clients, a weekly blog with tips etc and really have a large multimedia web site which should bring in some more clients via SEO
