New client support ticket gets initial admin email

Completed support system setup according to wiki and videos, installed forwarder.

 

Tried a test message from my test domain to "Billing Dept" and I get the email alert with the customer message, but the identical message I receive is instantly posted as a reply in the clients support ticket.

 

This is useless information for the customer.

 

Here is the example email replied to client support ticket:

 

A new support ticket has been opened.

 

Client: Russell Appleby

Department: Billing

Subject: Call Me Today

Priority: High

 

now here this

 

----------------------------

IP Address: 71.246.1.159

 

You can respond to this ticket by simply replying to this email or by logging into the administration area.

Is this a setup/configuration Problem ???

OK I disabled the administrator from receiving copies and that solved.

 

By the way, I can't reply to the support ticket by replying to the email received. I read in the wiki that you could.

 

It works if I log into WHMCS as the billing operator.
